After a 52 year career between Epstein & SOM. Tom joins JAQ to rekindle the relationship that started on 71 S. Wacker in 2003. Tom was the Sr. PM and John was the Associate PM and together they built the first H-Rise after 9/11. Tom has agreed to come out retirement to be a mentor at JAQ in its endeavors on Class-A projects. Scheckellhof’s former client a groups includes, the Whirlpool Corporation, SC Johnson, the Hyatt Corporation, Mesirow Financial, Related Midwest and Northern Illinois University among many others.
