Phase 1 of this project involves decommissioning the 1960 era hydronic & air system and retrofit to the entire building with a 70 TON VRF HVAC multi-zoned system. Additionally, the 400amp electrical system will be upgraded to 600amp 3-Phase to accommodate the upgrade.

Phase 2 includes EV-Charging Parking Lot and a Solar Array on the South Facing Gable.
