The project priority is to mitigate air & water infiltration by repairing the painted steel curtainwall, replacing the glazing and repainting the façade. Once complete, this will be a LEED EBOM facility. We accepted the challenge of preparing a future addition that would create a street presents & increase visibility from the CTA’s Red Line. The concept includes new community space, roof garden and networked LED advertisement.
